Blossoming garden open to public

Back to the house and Magnolia x soulangeana is loaded with blossom, above a carpet of spring bulbs. Malus floribunda should still be flowering.

The apple tree near the sunken garden is loaded with mistletoe. Be careful how you walk in this area. The raised bed under the horse chestnut trees has more anemones and Hepaticas. From the car park you can see David’s old Narcissus meadow under development in the old orchard

The garden is open this Sunday from 2-5.30 pm. Visitors can find David at Moortown, near Wellington - admission admission £3, children £1.60.
