The Grade II listed Ludford Mill occupies a glorious position in an historic hamlet on the River Teme. Mainly of 17th century construction, it’s one of the eight corn mills that used to serve Ludlow and some of the machinery has been preserved within the house. Its gardens were probably first laid around 1911 by the Arts & Craft’s architect Basil Stallybrass, and have been featured in Country Living. Guide price £725,000 through Humberts on (01584) 877778.
