A Shropshire town centre shop which suffered fire damage from a blaze at a neighbouring property was due to reopen today after being shut for nearly three weeks.
Pure Interior and Gift, in Bridgnorth, lost about £10,000 as a result of the closure following the fire at neighbouring Central Court business Party People fancy dress shop.
The shop, which sells contemporary gifts and accessories for the home, suffered smoke damage during the February 4 fire.
Pure owner Marc Griffin today said he was looking forward to welcoming customers back to the shop after a nightmare few weeks.
Mr Griffin said: “We have missed a crucial part of the trading year with the half-term holidays and Valentine’s Day so we are keen to get back up and running.”
