Thieves broke into a Mid Wales shop early today. The Spar store in Llansantffraid was targeted at about 3.50am.
The Spar store is located in the recently expanded Wynnstay Stores. It was enlarged to house the expanding Wynnstay Store, as well the Spar shop and Post Office.
Spar declined to comment today. Dyfed-Powys Police said an investigation had been launched but it was too early to say what had been stolen.
