Leslie Vella posed for his photo before Robert Plant played a show in Malta: He says: “One of the best moments of my life when my wife and I hosted Robert Plant and his band to lunch before their great concert later on that evening. Such an approachable and down-to-earth gentleman in spite of being the greatest rock-star ever. A real privilege and honour, and a memory I shall cherish for the rest of my days.”

I have seen him in concert also at Wolves home matches but i once accidentaly tripped him up in Oasis shopping centre B`ham when he fell over my sons pram,my son is now 15 and a mean guitarist and has the claim to fame that he nearly crippled a rock legend.
A genuine legend…not Amy Winebar or Pete ‘in the’ Docherty or that bloke out of Oasis, no not him! the other one. Buy any Zep album or the recent ‘Mothership’ to find out why…
Damn Right MERC, bought the album, listened to it and it still rocks. if you like that try slade, Queen and other big brit rockers. that includes rolling stones.
