Expert to give talk

One of Britain’s top entrepreneurs is to speak to an audience of Shropshire businesspeople this Thursday (November 22).

Julian Money, of Rapid Action Packaging, will give a presentation at Monkhouse Granary, Shrewsbury.

In 1996 Julian produced flexible food wrap which is now used internationally by businesses such as Pret A Manger, McDonald’s and Waitrose. RAP aims to maintain a leading edge in the market as the creators of innovative packaging systems that are ergonomic, economic and environmentally responsible in the “food-on-the-move” market.

He will talk about innovation, the importance of packaging, managing rapid business growth, approaching major clients and how he has protected his business from competition.

There will be drinks and canapes and an opportunity to meet other local businesses.
