A Telford mother gave birth to her first child after going into labour at a Take That concert.
Louise Morris could not wait to see the band but ended up being rushed into hospital after her waters broke nearly two months early.
The drama happened just as Gary, Mark, Jason and Howard were about to come on stage at the NEC in Birmingham.
Stewards stopped the show on Friday night and even ordered the band to stay in the wings as paramedics carried the 33-year-old expectant mum from the arena about 8.30pm.
Baby Clementine, who has since developed jaundice, was born premature weighing 6lb 14oz nearly six hours later at 2.14am on Saturday at the Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham.
Today Take That sent flowers after the birth and Mark Owen said: “We wish her many congratulations and we are pleased to hear that they are both doing well.”
Miss Morris, a teacher from Dawley Bank, was at the concert was her partner Justin Wilkes.
She said today: “I couldn’t believe it. Take That were just coming on when suddenly my waters broke in front of everyone, I was so embarrassed.
“When I was waiting for the ambulance, I heard Mark Owen come on stage and say: ‘Sorry 
we’re late but a woman is having a baby and we wish her luck with that’.
“Clementine is my first baby and I never imagined it would be so dramatic. I’ll definitely ‘Never Forget’ the Take That concert.”
Miss Morris and Mr Wilkes are now watching over tiny Clementine as she is cared for by staff at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Mr Wilkes, 32, an accountancy assistant in adult consumer care at Telford & Wrekin Council, said: “We are overjoyed at having Clementine and so we don’t mind about missing the concert.”
Mr Wilkes added: “She was going to be a special baby anyway but this makes her even more special.”
Nurse Charmaine Mabor, from the Heartlands maternity unit, said the excitement of the concert may have brought on labour.

afterwards must have felt..
“satisfied” and would “never forget”
she should have waited till “the day after tommorow”
finally she just said..
“you are the one”
Quite a nice story I thought and as for not going to a concert at 7 months pregnant - just a reminder -pregnancy is a condition not an illness or disease. It would have been foolish maybe at 8 months but 7 would seem perfectly reasonable to me. Good luck to the lady and her baby.
An infant of good taste managing to escape the pod & thus avoiding the white noise & prancing of a ‘boy band’ with a tax liability tour!.
