When was photo taken?

Here is a classic rural scene showing the church at Clee St Margaret. The written date on the back of this print in our files is December 15, 1973, but we do wonder about that, as the photo seems somewhat older.

The 1973 date may be when it was republished.

A potential clue to the original date is a name and address on the back - George H Haines, Westhope Manor, Westhope, Craven Arms. Could it be that Mr Haines took the picture?
