Fitness without celeb price tag

Janie CremerIt’s certainly a must-have among the showbiz elite - a personal lifestyle guru to look after both diet and exercise to achieve the body beautiful.

Someone to point out which superfoods are the best to eat and how many minutes a day should be devoted to physically keeping in shape.

Such a key accessory is probably more must-have than an Oscars invite.

But no longer does such a Hollywood luxury mean parting with tinseltown-style fees. Lots of women are now treating themselves to some extra support on what is often a difficult journey.

A Shropshire woman has now lauched her own business which aims to look after people’s well-being and she has found a massive demand for such help and advice in the area.

Janie Cremer is running Feel Good classes across Shropshire, North Herefordshire and Powys and is loving every minute of it.

With seven years experience in diet and fitness and a growing need to curb obesityJanie has found a niche in the market. For just £5 a class Janie not only offers dietary advice and a weekly optional weigh-in but also includes a fun exercise session, designed for all ages.

Janie is also providing a home service which is proving to be immensely popular. For £20 an hour Janie visits clients in their home.

“I realised the need for this service when I discovered that many people are desperate to lose weight but feel intimidated in a class environment and would prefer advice in the comfort and privacy of their own home,” she said.

Exercise and healthy eating are at the centre of Janie’s weight loss programme“Home visits can consist of one to one but there is no limit on how many attend the home visit. For instance I take a family session, all in need of a little help and advice.

“I also visit a home where a couple of girlfriends have decided to go halves on an hourly session each week. It can become a fun gathering for a bunch of friends all in need of a little encouragement and help to lose weight and to feel great about themselves.”

With Janie Cremer FeelGood the diet emphasis is KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid!

Encouragement and support is the key to Janie’s success rate for battling the pounds and boosting confidence.

“We spend our lives beating ourselves up over weight gain, we are all in need of someone who understands and can push us gently in the right direction,” she said.

I know this dynamo! She is my best friend - but I live in Guernsey and in true modest style she never told me this was going into your paper. If anyone can inspire people to feel better about themselves she can! She is a bundle of energy and has an amazing personality to boot! I wish her the BEST of luck in this new venture. You Shropshire people are lucky to have her!!
