Panoramic pic of days gone by

 Here’s a panorama over part of Dawley at an unknown date, but probably at least 100 years ago.

The photo was loaned to us by Ros Collin, of the Hazeldene guest house in Southall Road, Dawley - her property is the ivy-clad building situated left of centre.

“It used to be the chain-maker’s house,” she said.

The photo actually belonged to a neighbour and she decided to have it copied so it could be put up in her guest house. Those that guest in the house can now see what things were like in the bygone days.
