Taking image too far

Kate MossIsn’t it strange how every girl has one thing they hate about their body.

Before it just use to be fat and skinny, but now thanks to magazines and celebrities there’s actually quite a few things that can be wrong with a girl’s body.

Everywhere you look and see there’s a girl who’s paranoid about how they look, if their hair is OK and constantly thinking “Am I fat?”

I work at a chemist and see young girls buying diet pills and considering to have surgery just so they look like that girl on the front page of a magazine.

We’re all trying to hard to look our best for lots of different reasons such as to get the cute boy who wouldn’t talk to you unless you’re a stick thin model but all this publicity from models just pressurises us into thinking that’s how we’ve got to look.

Thousands of girls look in the mirror and hate what see, which leads them to develop eating disorders and this mental image that won’t go away unless they drop a few sizes,.

It’s OK to want to change your look and your body size but don’t do it because you feel you have to look like Kate Moss, do it for the right reasons and do it the normal way which isn’t expensive or painful, it’s just simply exercising daily and eating the right foods.
