AFC Telford Reserves 3, Nuneaton Borough Reserves 2 AFC Telford United survived a spirited Nuneaton Borough fightback to record their first ever reserve team win, writes CHRIS HUDSON.
The Bucks fielded a strong line-up which included nine players with first-team experience, and they simply steamrollered Nuneaton in the first half to race into a three-goal lead by the 36th minute.

But with a side including first team players Steve Palmer, Dave Woodvine, Andy Jones, Ben Twigger, Glenn Tolley and Dean Perrow, they proved too strong for the Conference North club’s second string.
